Under eye bags??

The under eye skin has less fat tissue that’s why the blood vessels show through. And depending on your skin tone they can be purple, violet, brown, dark green, blue. For some people eye creams with caffeine work (for a few hours) to tighten the capillaries so that they are not that visible. Only other options are concealer or fillers.

This is not Bad at all, check for some Color correction and Make sure your under eye skin is well Hydrated. Cold compresses might help too.

Since they are purple toned you can try a yellow color corrector. I have hollow under eyes from allergies and have just embraced them. They are a "flaw" but many find them attractive because they shorten the midface and give a mysterious look. Btw your lashes are amazing 😍

Ya I think those are natural veins coming through like they mentioned. The skin is just thinning and showing more or sometimes due to genetics so unfortunately not removable. You could try collagen or collagen eye creams and stay hydrated to lessen their appearance but that’s pretty much it or applying cold or makeup.
