Oh No!! 😔I'm so sorry you're having such a problem because I've definitely been in your shoes before. I would stop using your current products and give your skin a much needed break until you can find the cause. Slowly ease back into your skincare routine by using products that soothes and calms the skin. I would highly suggest only rinsing in cooler water because warm water can wreak havoc on irritated skin.

Is there any other products that may cause this? You'll need to stop using the glycolic acid at this instant. Apply ceramide cream to restore your skin barrier, I saw from your routine that you owned the LRP cicaplast baume, you can use it after cleansing your skin. Try not to use any other serums. Keep your routine basic for your skin to heal.

Overexfoliation can lead to dryness, tightness, redness, and increased sensitivity. If you were exfoliating max 2x a week with glycolic acid and these symptoms appeared, it's possible that overexfoliation could be the culprit. On the other hand, an allergic reaction typically involves itching, swelling, and a rash that shows up after using a new product. If that's the case, stop using the product and seek advice from a dermatologist. Purging, however, happens when active ingredients like glycolic acid speed up skin cell turnover, leading to temporary breakouts in areas where you usually get them. The key is to observe how your skin reacts and make adjustments accordingly.

I, 100% agree with Ozu's comment above on all of this!👏🏻😊
I looked at your routines/products and they're all really good products but until you heal your skin I would keep your routine very simple, and once your skins back to a healthy state, slowly introduce one product back in at a time, that way you can see if your issues are coming from a specific product or if it actually is just a damaged barrier from over exfoliating.-(which I personally think may be the issue, that you've overwhelmed/damaged your barrier). So, I'd keep it pretty basic... and not wash with a cleanser in the am, only rinse with cool water and use your sunscreen. Then at night wash with a gentle hydrating cleanser followed by a barrier focused moisturizer/cream- & That's it.
I really hope you get it all sorted out, and your skin heals back to being is best💜

I would also add that an allergic reaction could be but usually isn't limited to just the face. Usually an allergic reaction would take place in a haphazard area, though that isn't always the case. It makes me think it's one of the other causes though.
