Oily/Resilient
They're totally different products for totally different uses.
The sun stick is more for hassle free reapplication.

The gel is for initial application, the sunstick is meant more for reapplication. Sunsticks by themselves don't provide enough SPF coverage if you're looking to protect your skin. See Lab Muffin Beauty Science's video on Sunsticks: https://youtu.be/rDZGu68c5sU

Both the liquid gel and stick versions of Beauty Of Joseon's sunscreen are suitable for oily and sensitive skin. The liquid gel is lightweight and quickly absorbs into the skin, while the stick sunscreen offers convenient and targeted application. the choice between the liquid gel and stick sunscreen comes down to personal preference in terms of application method and texture. Consider your lifestyle, desired level of convenience, and the finish you prefer (lightweight vs. solid) to determine which option would be better suited for you.

I've tried both. They are different in terms of the usage: the sunstick is more for reapplication. I love the sunstick but I'm not a big fan of liquid as it can be heavy on my oily skin during hot weather. Also, they have different finish. Liquid-dewy, sunstick-matte.

I think both are equally effective but you really can't compare the two because they're used differently.
