Yes, you can use retinol if you have sensitive skin, but you need to start gradually, 2-3 times a week. If you are a beginner in using retinol, it is recommended to start with lower concentrations and when the skin gets used to it, increase the concentration. Make sure you protect your skin properly SPF cream ✨

It depends on the formula
I agree you can start slow before increasing usage.
one pea size is all you need for the whole face and don’t mix with AHA, BHA or Vit C in the same routine.

you can but try to use retinyl retinoate.
Apply pea size amount on your face after cleansing . Follow sandwich method to prevent ur skin from drying/stinging/burning, etc. (cleanse - cream - retinyl retinoate - cream). If you have sensitive skin/are new to vitamin A products, adjust the frequency of usage. (eg. use it once a week for 2 weeks →then use it 2 times a week for 2 weeks, etc.)
⚠️Things to keep in mind before using this product:
Avoid use when pregnant or lactating.
Avoid using immediately after exfoliating.
Avoid using it together with vitamin C or acid products(AHAs, BHAs,PHAs, etc).
If skin irritation occurs while using the product, reduce the amount or frequency of use and discontinue use if irritation persists.
Avoid applying retinol products on damp skin.
