Yes definitely but you need to start with lower retinol dosage. When using retinol for sensitive skin it is always important to not overuse it go slow and low with the amount you apply, start with a pea sized amount to your entire facem start using it once or twice a week and the gradually increase the frequency. To avoid discomfort from retinol you can add moisturizer to your skincare routine. Be patient and consistent . It generally takes a few months of consistent use before the results are visible.

I have sensitive skin and am currently using a retinol serum for a few weeks now and it's okay so far. I use it max 2x a week in the evening together with hydrating products. If you're completely new, I'd recommend trying the sandwich method with applying moisturizer after cleansing, a pea-sized amount of retinol and then another layer of moisturizer to minimize reactions/sensitivity to retinol. What's great is that the extra layer of moisturizer underneath won't make the product less effective and if you're used to it after some time, you could skip that step

You can! but as @Wendy6 said gradual introduction on the skin is better. And since you have sensitive skin, I recommed trying the “Sandwich method”. It goes like this:
1. Moisturizer
2. Retinol
3. Moisturizer

I have sensitive skin and prefer Hyaluronic acid rather than Retinol. I don't think the risk is worth it but it's really up to the individual.
