Permanent Pimples?!

Help!! I have a permanent pimple on my nose, is that even posible?? I've had it for around 3 years, no products worms for it. The pimple tends to go bright red, and buldge oit every few months after I thought it was going away. The pimple fades away, but then it goes to a worse condition, and my nose always has pimples on it, it's been 3 years!! Please someone help me!!
