Hi! The lovely people here already gave you their opinions, but I’ll give my two cents too. If you have acne, use the SA cleanser AND another but gentle cleanser. The AHA/BHA toner is gentle enough for you to use a few times a week and should not aggravate your skin. Follow it up with a lightweight/gel moisturizer and sunscreen (during the day)
However, REMEMBER: You are 13 still. Your body is still going through changes. Your hormones are pretty much whack and will be up and down for a while still, so be patient with your skin and the products. Using either of those products does not mean you get results the next day or the next week. At the very least, it will take a couple months. Consistency is also one of the keys! Make it into a habit. 😊

Hello and welcome on the app 🙋♀️
Do you have acne?
If so, i think that cerave sa cleanser would be a better option as it is more effective at dealing with it.
If not, then the cosrx aha bha toner could be a good gentle exfoliation and help you a little with controling oil production. But it is very very gentle, so it might take a while for it to work on acne if you were to choose it.

I personally use cosrx AHA BHA toner on alternate days and Paula’s choice every other day when I’m not using the cosrx toner. Same goes with Cerave SA smoothing cleanser, I use it every other night but I normally use cerave hydrating cleanser everyday both AM and PM❤️ you can check out my routine if you’d like☺️
