I don’t think it’s an exfoliant. A general look at the formula and description on its usage, it’s closer to a cleansing toner with all of it’s emulsifier and brightening effect with licorice extract. Other plants extract and ingredients makes this hydrating too.
Unless your skin has issues, I don’t ser any reason to not use it daily.
I have this too from the last review giveway and it works for me before cleansign, after cleansing and in between.

I don't believe it's an exfoliant but it does have a small percentage of a surfactant. The percentage is low enough that it doesn't have to be rinsed off.

You can use it everyday if your skin tolerates it, I don't think it's an exfoliant

I am using it everyday! It doesn't exfoliate, but it's able to remove the dirt or impurities on your skin.

I'm using this Licorice Toner every second day - this my choice. But you can use every day is don't damage the skin. It's just clean your skin and this toner very mild, gentle to the skin.
I have oily skin and it's works great. 👌
