I'm thinking... the cosrx vitamin c might be too strong for you. It's also not essential for a 14 year old. Especially if it's your first time to use vitamin c, the cosrx vitamin c is not suitable for beginners.
If you still do want to try it, patch test first.

I would keep to a simple routine. Maybe a cleanser, a toner, a moisturizer and spf. At your age your skin has the ability to restore by itself quick, so I would not start with peptides or any anti aging ingredients. I would not start using a vit c with a high percentage. I wouldn't be concerned with any vit c at your age. I would start a vit c in your routine in your 20s. And then start with a low percentage of vit c.

I would stick to a lower concentration and agree with some of the Pickys that simplifying your routine might help you out. If you feel you need it and enjoy using it than continue doing so.
