Yup you can! I always like to use exfoliants right after cleansing (on dry skin), so I would use the salicylic acid first, wait a few minutes and then apply the snail mucin 

@Sinin you can apply a hydrating toner (or any toner as long as it doesn't contain other exfoliants) after the salicylic acid, before the snail mucin. 

So it goes like this; cleanser > salicylic acid > hydrating toner > snail mucin essence > followed by the rest of your routine. 

When in doubt, just follow the thinnest to thickest consistency rule. 

Use salicylic acid on clean dry skin and follow with snail mucin after 5 minutes.
