You can't get rid of them, they're a natural part of the skin. Sebaceous filaments help to transport oil within the skin and keeps it moist. But you can minimize the appearance with salicylic acid, retinoids, clay mask and oil cleansing.

They work but it's only temporary as the sebaceous filaments will come back within a few days. As I said before, we can't truly get rid of them. But it definitely looks less obvious and skin feels smooth. So it's best to repeat the routine once the SFs appear again. 2-3 times a week of salicylic acid should be good enough to maintain.
There's this one method that was popular years ago that works to reduce SFs. It's called the Fiddy Snails Gritting Method/the Fiddy Method, at least that's what most people call it as it was created and popularized by skincare blogger Fiddy Snails. There are 3 steps in her SF and pore clearing routine; which requires a BHA, clay mask and cleansing oil. You can read her blog entry for full instructions which I've linked below. I've tried it before and it works, my nose look super smooth for a short while before the SFs come again. But it's also time consuming and I'm lazy 🥲 So I haven't done this method in a while and just stick to using salicylic acid, clay masking and oil cleansing on different days as needed.

The Cosrx BHA power liquid didnt really work on me as well, but it did do a good job in oil control. I’d probably try using an oil cleanser and rub on the areas with sebaceous filaments for a few minutes once in a while to (maybe) plug them out. And like @qilss suggested I’d probably also increase my bha %

I feel you, unfortunately, they're natural, as @qilss said. I have the same struggle. For me skin cycling really works, but I'm in my 30s so I use retinol twice a week, I use BHAs once or twice a week on non-retinol nights. I'd use a good clay mask on the troubled area too, Caudalie one seems to be great
