Pore clogging ingredients do not necessarily make pore clogging products. Read the article by lab muffin beauty on comedogenicity. Every product, formulation and everyone's skin is different. The only way to know if a product doesn't work for you is to actually test it out. Use products designed for your skin type.

The amount is probably very low that it doesn't really effect your skin in any way lol. Most likely a pH adjuster if anything.

I would get it anyway. Vitamin C in cleansers are subtle and are washed off anyway. Iโm sure your skin will still be fine with the retinol.

The amount of ascorbic acid in that is very little but everyoneโs skin react differently to ingredient combinations. I suggest getting a small package and trying it out for a few days to see how your pores react.
