🐌Snail🐌mucin

Hey, I'm trying to experiment and expand my skincare routine to help make my skin less oily and a constant recommendation is the cosrx snail mucin essence and I'm kinda exited and grossed out but I still want to give it a try. When comparing products I found out that jumiso also has a VERY similar product( with snail mucin and peptides) so I'm kinda stuck between the two. I found a website that compared the two product's ingredients and I was wondering if I should really pick the jumiso one over the cosrx one because I feel like with that option you get more bang for your buck. I attached to screenshots comparing the products but I'd you can't see them very well here's the link : https://skinsort.com/compare/cosrx-advanced-snail-96-mucin-power-essence-vs-jumiso-snail-mucin-95-peptide-essence All help is deeply appreciated. P.S. ik peptides help with firmness, tone and texture but could they irritate rosacea? I have an appointment next week to confirm my hunch whether I really have rosacea or not and I don't want to buy a product that I may not be able to use 🙃.

The Jumiso is clinically proven to help your skin, I'm not sure about the Cosrx. I am loving the Jumiso snail mucin and it has really soothed, smoothed and hydrated my skin. I haven't tried the Cosrx one yet but I highly recommend the Jumiso.

Hmm it's not really getting more for your buck if there are more ingredients, you may like the Cosrx one instead regardless of that and for me that's the most important thing. I doubt peptides really impact rosacea negatively but if you're really worried I'd wait for the appointment, it's only in a weeks time

I haven't tried these but I just wanted to mention that the mizon AIO repair cream is great for oily skin. It leaves your skin matte. It's not recommended for dry skin.

Oily/Sensitive

I guess the Cosrx is the better one.

I recommend it for oily skin types because it’s water-based and doesn’t have much oil in the product which means it’ll hydrate your skin without clogging your pores. It’s perfect for dry, rough skin because it literally helps your skin retain moisture, while nourishing and protecting it. It’s good for sensitive skin types because of the no-nonsense ingredient list and especially, no added fragrance. And for you normal skin, you guys also should try this — you're going to love it too.
