I'm about to turn 30 please give me a recommendation for some anti-aging serum which can red ce fine lines and absorb easily into my skin.

I can definitely recommend retinoids to you. I have used Olay, Wishtrend and Some By Mi. Olay has retinol and retinyl propyonate Wishtrend has retinal and bakuchiol Some by Mi has retinol and retinal So two types of retinoids in Olay and Some By Mi while Wishtrend has bakuchiol, a touted natural retinoid, boosted with a known retinoid. Olay and Some By Mi can be used around the eyes and face with no issues with Olay being fragrance free. I felt a mild sting when I use Wishtrend near my eyes.

I prefer to use Bakuchiol infused products rather than Retinol due to having sensitive skin but if your skin is tolerate of Retinol, I would certainly give it a try.
