Hair loss, dry hair and slow hair growth

Hi Pickys💓, I made this post cos I'm really having issues growing my hair out and I've been experiencing hair loss, it's dryyyy too, my hair is very fragile on the other hand too + it's so slooooooow in growing 😭😭 I have a 4C type of hair and I'm a POC. Could you help me recommend products to use and what routines to follow cos I'm already tired of it😭😅my hair is currently a year old and I'm losing hair little by little, happens when I'm combing it or braiding too. Please help 💓💓
