Besides minis, I can't think of any under 5 bucks. I also would question its effectiveness at that price.

Depends what country you are in. This is the cheapest and easiest to find at the same time in the UK. It's more than 5 pounds I think though.

It really depends on the country and the differing price range on online retailers. Where I'm from, we can find some really cheap Korean sunscreens from 3W Clinic, Jigott & Anjo. And when on sale, Biore, Sunplay, Apieu, Etude, B-Lab, Papa Recipe and Missha sunscreens becomes cheaper. I think it should be similar in the Philippines as well
For oily skin though, I suggest looking into the Biore UV milks, Etude Sunprise Mild Airy and Papa Recipe.
