Apply a warm compress. Use a topical acne treatment ( containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid ) Apply an acne patch. Use gentle cleanser and avoid touching your face Avoid wearing makeup until the pimple has healed. Get enough sleep

Yess I get these all the time!!! There’s not much you can do except wait for the pimple to come to the surface! Sometimes I use microdart pimple patches! I also apply some ice if it’s sore

i wouldn’t jump into a retinoid for just one spot, that’s a pretty huge commitment. also, i’m not sure if adapalene is available over the counter outside the US
