One anti aging ingredient for every decade?

As the quote says prevention is better than cure I’ve been researching and observing from different skin influencers and Dermatologists for last 6-7 years.I could conclude mainly on these ingredients for each decade ✍🏼Teens:Sunscreen (Making a habit of applying and reapplying the sunscreen to prevent skin from photoaging in coming years) ✍🏼20’s: Vitamin C (Topical antioxidant with good lifestyis the best bets forat this point) ✍🏼30’s:Retinol(it would work both preventative and curative anti aging molecules by stimulating collagen synthesis) ✍🏼40’s:Moisturiser (skin natural moisturising factor tends to deplete at this age so moisturising for hydration aling with sunscreen anti oxidant and retinol will help in antiaging to certain limit.
