Picky Customer Service

Last September 26, I have received an email notification that I'm one of the winners of Athe Lip Balms and I was patiently waiting for the email with the tracking details and review deadline. To my surprise the package was delivered today. But I'm kinda worry that I did not received the email with tracking and review deadline. I have submitted a form to Picky regarding the concern which is the screenshot below. Does the "Fill out form" button link on the winner email notification is same with the review form? Anyone has same experience? What is Picky Customer service email?

Picky says that you can email them at support@gopicky.coman with the title '[Brand Name] Giveaway Deadline Request' for giveaway deadline reminders, so you can do that with Athe as the brand name and hopefully find out. It’s not just you though, I also haven’t been getting deadline emails, and I’ve seen others with the same problem as well. Yes, the Fill Out form link in your winner email is the exact same as the review form in the deadline email so you’re still able to submit your review
