Technically yes you can use this everyday as 1st cleanser. But if this product contains exfoliator such as scrub inside, its better use it each day or 2-3times/weeks depend of ur need.

Does it have any instructions? Sometimes it states on the packaging if it can be used daily or not. Usually cleansing balms can be used on the daily no problem, but since it’s also an exfoliant, maybe try every other day at first and see how your skin reacts. If you think it is very gentle product and you could handle more, you can always increase the frequency 💙

Yes, they are great to use for your everyday cleansing. Just be sure to wash it off thoroughly during your double cleansing because you don't want to clog up your pores
