Redness relief

So for years I've had red patchy skin I was told it's due to medication I take or maybe lupus as its inheritedcondition but I'm awaiting tests. My question what's the best routine/products to help with redness as I hate it so much and want to help myself. Ps I have sort medical advice but it got me no where.

Self-diagnosis and treatment can potentially exacerbate the condition. If you suspect it may be associated with a medical condition such as lupus, it is imperative to seek guidance from a healthcare pro! By exploring products containing ingredients such as niacinamide, aloe vera, and colloidal oatmeal, known for their potential to alleviate redness as anti inflammatory ingredients For immediate relief, may consider employing a cool compress to soothe irritated skin.

Unfortunately our NHS in the UK is useless I've been waiting 3 years so far so I need to help myself. I don't self diagnose I no I may have lupus as its inherited through my birth fathers side and I had tests through ancestry I paid for. Also I know the medication I'm on, as I'm disabled can be a cause of redness in my face. I want to try help myself but feel judgement from this comment it was first thing I did ask for help I was told 5 years ago o it might be roscea then o your skin's dirty.... by a Dermatologist even though I had a goo routine and was using great products. now I'm waiting for more help. Uk NHS is least 5 years plus behind in appointments I can't afford to go private. Why I felt I'd ask for help on hear. But il leave it in future.

I've heard that Azelaic Acid really helps with redness for people who have rosacea. You can buy products with Azelaic Acid OTC, or get a prescription for it.

These are the 2 best products that I have to help calm redness, though I am not sure how much they will outweigh a medical conditions reaction. It's still worth a try though.
