Unfortunately our NHS in the UK is useless I've been waiting 3 years so far so I need to help myself. I don't self diagnose I no I may have lupus as its inherited through my birth fathers side and I had tests through ancestry I paid for.
Also I know the medication I'm on, as I'm disabled can be a cause of redness in my face.
I want to try help myself but feel judgement from this comment it was first thing I did ask for help I was told 5 years ago o it might be roscea then o your skin's dirty.... by a Dermatologist even though I had a goo routine and was using great products. now I'm waiting for more help. Uk NHS is least 5 years plus behind in appointments I can't afford to go private. Why I felt I'd ask for help on hear. But il leave it in future.

I've heard that Azelaic Acid really helps with redness for people who have rosacea. You can buy products with Azelaic Acid OTC, or get a prescription for it.

Azelaic acid is a nice (active) do deal with redness and is precibed to people with rosacea all the time, I’ll link some good ones. Calming ingredients that help with redness and inflammation like centella, propolis, mugwort, ect could also really help
