This is actually visible sebaceous glands, also called sebaceous gland prominence. A lot of people have it, and it tends to be more prominent on oily skin. I have it too. It's really not that visible from afar, so don't stress too much about it 🤍 The best way to reduce them and prevent it from looking worse, is to avoid applying heavy, rich eye creams and moisturizers on the eye area. Retinol/retinAl eye creams help to treat them too.

You can try using this eye cream but they are just enlarged pores and there’s not a lot you can do about it. This eye cream uses retinal which is stronger than retinol and more sensitive skin friendly.

Its not milia ,cause milia is more big and has white spot

Maybe used some under eye cream like some by mi it has 0.1 retinol
