I also thought this was strange. Somebody who occasionally gets dry patches on their cheeks but has an oily T-zone is likely to have different needs and product preferences compared to somebody who experiences severe dryness or all-around oiliness, for example. It'd make it easier to know how similar a reviewer's needs are to yours if they added more options!

Yes, I would def think so! I bet in winter having dry patches on the cheek with still an oily t- zone, a rich cream, like someone with dry skin may suggest, may not be the best for you!
