Oh no! Don't ever use hair or body care on your face, they are formulated differently. Idk if it's fungal acne, but my acne slowly disappeared when I start looking out for fungal acne safe products. Instead of trying to use potent ingredients, I recommend u to repair your skin barrier. There a lot of ingredients that can help repairing it, but my favourite is hyaluronic acid. I only used fungal acne safe facial wash, hyaluronic acid serum, moisturiser, and sunscreen. After my skin got better, I started to incorporate low percentage benzoyl peroxide. I only use it once every 3 day since it's very drying and may cause the skin to be flaky. Use benzoyl peroxide only at night, and make sure your skin is moisturised and hydrated well to prevent dryness. This is my personal experience, I hope it helps💖

I'm using a local brand in my country. It's True to Skin, right now it's only available in Indonesia and Malaysia 🥺 You can try other brands, just make sure it's fungal acne safe 💖

Nope! Don’t use that shampoo on your face. My advice is to just go back to your BASIC skincare routine (daily cleanser + moisturizer (if needed) + sunscreen). Stick to the basic for 3-4 weeks & monitor any changes. Also it is advisable to control your food/sugar intake & lifestyle too! Hopefully it’ll get better.

If you have used anything new that has caused this, it can also be an allergic reaction. So stop using the product and allow your skin to heal. You can apply cold compress and use a fragrance free moisturizer. If there is itching, you can take an antihistamine to calm the skin down.
