Best of 2023: Micellar water

These are the brands of Micellar water I tried this year and I highlighted the one that earned a perfect 10/10 from me. Garnier SkinActive Purifying Micellar Jelly Water With Charcoal & Salicylic Acid. 💯 This Micellar water is one of the best I've used. It has a thick consistency but it's so smooth, cleanses thoroughly and is super hydrating. It has salicylic acid in it, which is great for my acne prone skin.
