MOISTURIZER OPTION

I need help choosing a new moisturiser.... I'd love to try a new moisturiser so can someone recommend an affordable moisturizer for Combination skin type... Fact to consider: I often use tretinoin and hydroquinone which often dries out my skin and cause peeling but with minimal to no damage to my skin barrier.. So I'd love moisturizer plus skin barrier protection probably in one jar. Thanks
