It might be the temperature of water you use too. When I use really hot water I find that it dries out my scalp & makes it itchy. I know, really hot water is so bad for scalp & hair, but feels so nice when it’s cold 😅 Also high fragrance shampoo could cause itching too if it’s something your scalp is sensitive to 🤗

I like the Hask Keratin conditioner. It has alot of nutrients. I find that the Spa Haus line has a lot if nutrients too but it may be a little difficult to find.

Might be worth seeing a doctor, i was given eczema treatment for that. It has a shampoo and a solution that i use and it worked really well for me. Again it depends on how long you've had it for and how severe it is

Tgel shampoo and castor oil on a wet scalp. These work great for my son with eczema.

Have you tried putting toner on your scalp? This is what I use. I also don’t use heat to blow dry my hair.
