Can't go wrong with 3CE blushers! They have a wide range of blushers in so many shades. I've only tried the powder blush from their Mood Recipe line but they also have cream blush (Take A Layer Multi Pot) and liquid blushers (Velvet Liquid Blusher & Sheer Liquid Blusher) as well.
There's also this liquid ampoule blush from new brand House of Hur that I've been eyeing 👀🤩 I think it sounds perfect for dry skin

I recently bought 4 different Korean blushes and I can say for sure that they are not unsuitable for me because the pigmentation is weak! Of all the things, I only liked the Apieu Pang Water Blusher, but I don’t like applying it😅. That’s why I prefer the everydayminerals blush - it has both pigment and shine😊
