Google Forms not working?

**UPDATE** Everything works fine now! I’m trying to submit my reviews with the google forms attached to my picky email, but it keeps saying that I “can’t access the item because it is in violation of our terms of service.” Does anyone else have this problem? And does picky staff know about this yet? I need to send in my reviews asap 😭😭hopefully it gets fixed.
