Fungal acne 😭😭

I've recently gotten a really bad case of fungal acne on my forehead and I'm not sure how. I've kept the same routine for months but all of a sudden my skin broke out really bad. Is there any products that can specifically help or should I just stick to my normal routine? Before and after pics below👇

I’ve heard people have good luck using Head’N’Shoulders dandruff shampoo as a cleanser for fungal acne (since dandruff is also often fungal). Or skincare with sulfur as an active ingredient.

I'm not really sure, I think it's because either didn't wash my makeup brushes 😭

Glycolic and salicylic acids would help and zinc bars!! They’re just like a bar of soap but zinc really helps with fungal acne!

But it could also be hormonal, stress, and/or new eating habits!
