Purging only happens when you use products containing AHAs, BHA and retinoids as they increase the rate of cell turnover. Since this toner doesn't contain any of those actives, it's more likely that you are breaking out/reacting to some other ingredient in the toner.
Stop using the toner for now and focus on healing your acne. You can give it another try once your skin gets better later on.

Ooo no, quit using it and go for a hydrating toner/ essence you have experience with...
It has plenty of plant derived ingredients ( botanical extracts) which doesn't sit well with everyone... Also, if you have had some reaction with other products with rice in it, then that may have caused it.

Hii, this product broke me out too! So I can't really help you with what you can do best. I stopped because there are other toner that's hydrate and don't break me out ☺️

It could be that you may react to fermented ingredients, so I would look out for fermented ingredients and if my skin might react to other products with those
