Dry/Sensitive
I dry brush (not often I must admit) before showering.
You need to doim it gently. It mostly exfoliates your skin and keeps it softer. It's OK in the winter. I haven't experienced the amazing affects some claim to have when dry brushing.

I think the winter is when I need it the most at least right now. I am going to get me a brush and try it out and see how I like it. I am sure when you do do it you enjoy it very much.

Hello!
I am dry brushing for many years now because It felt good. Donβt expect crazy results but surely it improves the look of the skin. Also it is a nice pampering experience:)
I would suggest dry brush, some candles, shower and after a good body moisturizer πΈ
Enjoy!

I normally use the brush in the shower. I put soap on it and exfoliate while cleanse at the same time. My skin feels softer but no magical changes.

You can do your whole body not just your face. You do it dry then when you get in the shower you wash like normal.
