How to treat hyperpigmentation around my armpits caused by pressure of my bra's straps?

I have had struggled with really bad hyperpigmentation around my armpits (not my armpits themselves being dark), it kinda looks like I got a reverse tan when I'm wearing strapless tops. It's basically like a dark line exactly where my bra straps are if you get what I mean 😭 I've already tried scrubbing it every day but it won't go away. I recently bought the glycolic acid toner from the ordinary but I'm not sure if its gonna be the right product. Does anyone else struggle with this and knows a good cream or toner or anything that helps with hyperpigmentation on the body? (I didn't really want to use my expensive Benton Vitamin C serum on my body)

I think perhaps you might not be wearing the correct size, that sounds like a lot of pressure from the straps. If you go in for a fitting or take your own measurements, you might be able to stop this issue and be more comfortable.

i have in fact not worn the right size for yrs when i was younger bc i have 65D so its hard to find a bra thats actually my size bc its so unusual😭 except if i go to expensive branded shops, but i never had enough money to afford those so i had to stick to sizes that are "kinda" doing the job :( i have like one or two fitting ones rn but im saving up for more, thank you !

Try the ordinary retinol. It’s affordable enough to use everyday and may work for thst pigmentation Try the lower percentage and see how your skin reacts

Vitamin c or Niacinimide can help with dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and overall brightness You don't have to use your expensive vitamin c, use this body lotion from Minimalist l. It's affordable at around 10 US dollars.
