I think perhaps you might not be wearing the correct size, that sounds like a lot of pressure from the straps. If you go in for a fitting or take your own measurements, you might be able to stop this issue and be more comfortable.

i have in fact not worn the right size for yrs when i was younger bc i have 65D so its hard to find a bra thats actually my size bc its so unusual😠except if i go to expensive branded shops, but i never had enough money to afford those so i had to stick to sizes that are "kinda" doing the job :( i have like one or two fitting ones rn but im saving up for more, thank you !
