Help! Sudden Itchiness and Bumps on One Arm😕

Hi everyone, I'm feeling a bit lost and concerned right now. Out of nowhere, one side of my arms has become incredibly itchy, and when I scratched it, I noticed it has developed many little bumps. This has never been a problem before, and it's quite unsettling. The strange thing is, it wasn't bothering me earlier, but after I hung the laundry, it suddenly turned red, itchy, and the bumps started forming. I tried applying moisturizer, which provided some relief, but I'm still unsure about what could be causing this sudden reaction. I did some household chores like washing the dishes, but it didn't feel like this initially, just a mild itchiness. Now, it's escalated into something more uncomfortable with a burning sensation. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what might be happening? I haven't encountered anything like this before with bumps and a burning sensation, so any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can provide!

It is defenetly an allergic reaction. Surely applying hydration will help, but ultimately the thing I would do in your position is see a dermatologist or medic, try to keep the area clean and covered with a gauze so that no allergen reaches it!!

Take antihistamines and try not to scratch it. If the bumps doesn't subside, go see a doctor as soon as you can

It’s looks like a rash caused by an allergic reaction, do you have any skin allergies? I have eczema and get bumpy rashes a lot during the summer or whenever it’s really hot. You could take allergy tablets (if you’ve worked out it’s an allergic reaction) or usually I just use aloe! Whether it’s aloe gel or from an actual aloe plant, it helps sooth the skin and not make it feel itchy! :)
