Moisturizer recos for fungal acne

Just recently found out I have both fungal acne and closed comodones, any recos for Moisturizers? I'm currently using the originote ceremide Moisturizer but I just found out its not fungal acne safe 😭 Also want to know if the papa recipe retinol is fungal acne safe 😭 ( I just bought it and hopefully it is safe for fungal acne ), for clarification I bought the new retinol ( the one that's in the brown dropper, 30 ml ) Also recomend some products for fungal acne and closed comodones if you can plssss💘💘 And some fungal acne safe products too!!

Guys I just rechecked and saw that the originote Moisturizer is actually fungal acne safe !!!💘💘

Kind’a hard to give recommendations but I suggest to maybe check with your derma or Google search coz our recos might be not safe for your FA. Just sayin’….
