Moisturizer with Velvet/Matte Finish?

I'm looking for moisturizer with velvet or matte finish for my combination skin. I don't like water based moisturizer since I noticed that even though they're lightweight but they tends to make my skin greasy faster than usual. finished this one, I'm lovin it but it's hard to get from my country and its pricey so I'm looking for alternative.. preferably less or without strong fragrance. thank you in advance.
