I don’t know if this will really help since I’m not really of the same skin tone? I’ll try to give a more neutral routine that helps with the other 3 concerns.
A basic cleanser that is mild & good for everyday use that isn’t pore stripping that I found it works for me was the Torriden Line (cleanser, serum helps with hydration and improves absorption of later products , sunscreen has a slight white cast but blends after a while and doesn’t contribute to oiliness). The moisturiser(s) might be a hit-and-miss situation cause I like to combine Torriden with SomeByMi so it isn’t so oily but helps me to control my acne with the hydration effects.
For weekly exfoliation, I alternate between using SomeByMi AHA cleanser or the ByeBye Blackhead cleanser for deep cleansing.

We seem to have similar skin type! I would recommend the best of the best based on my experience:
1. Anua toner - my holy grail that helps me when I have continuous break out, it successfully stabilise my skin condition!
2. Mixsoon Centella ampoule - another functional product whereby I only use it when my face is irritated and red
3. Tiam b3 source - the best brightening serum, it’s the most compatible serum for our skin type (in my opinion🤣)

I have a similar skin type to you. Acne princess dark skin that is reactive and semi sensitive.
I find that my skin works best when I use a gel cleanser and follow it up with a cream cleanser so my skin doesn’t seem too dry. For me I use a cream cleanser for acne prone skin.
I use a toner. The best ones are BHA type toners.
I use Olay salicylic serum then I follow it I’m up with a creamy moisturizer.
Good luck. Honestly I didn’t give a brand because I buy so many and as long as I follow this, it works.

In addition to products I was given a great tip by an esthetician. Change your pillowcase every night.
