Definitely go with the Mielle hair oil,it has like 83k good reviews on amazon and its very well priced. After I finish the organic rosemary hair oil I'm currently using i am switching to the Mielle because it's half the price of the one I'm using. The hair oil is for all hair types too.Ive been using this rosemary hair oil for about over a month now and have major improvements in my overall scalp health and have noticed new hair growth too.I have almost no dandruff anymore and have struggled for years to get it under control, and also have a more nourished scalp overall and no more itching.
I use this twice a week an hour before I wash and condition my hair. I part my hair into like 6 sections and use the dropper to apply it all across my scalp, then massage it all over my scalp very well to help stimulate the hair follicles and to distribute evenly on scalp. I brush it throughout my hair also rub some into the very ends of my hair to help moisturize my hair too.I also twist up my hair on top of my head and use a shower cap so I don't get oil accidentally anywhere else while I wait an hour to wash and condition.
Using a Biotin shampoo and conditioner will also help to grow hair faster. As well as biotin vitamins or hair, nail, and skin(usually contains biotin) vitamins which will help your body to stimulate more hair growth.
(Beauty comes from within.)
I use the Foxybae shampoos and conditioners on my hair, they have many varieties available and they all contain Biotin.I started this regiment because after my third pregnancy I experienced some hair loss and I now have lots of new baby hairs growing around my hairline and less noticeable receding hairline issues.
Hope this helps! š
