Best moisturizer for sensitive/dehydrated skin?

I have possibly the most dehydrated and sensitive skin possible (atopic dermatitis). I've tried several night/day moisturizers but none of them seem to effectively hydrate my skin, or the effect lasts just for a couple of hours 😕Do you have some good recommendations? Cheers! This is my current moisturizer, but it is a little too harsh on my skin
