Look for a product with lanolin. It really helps with adding moisture to your lips. I’ve heard great things about Lanolips, but haven’t personally tried. You can also try using pure lanolin as well. It’s often marketed as nipple cream. It’s odd but works!
My go to lip product is discontinued so I can’t recommend it. :(

The Clearstem LIPS&CUTES™ Lip & Cuticle Treatment is a miracle worker. It’s a bit pricey but it’s a great product. Also has mostly natural ingredients. Another plus is that it’s acne safe

Dry/Sensitive
Use something hydrating under the occlusive balm or mask. A touch of hydrating toner or cream (be careful that the ingredients aren't irritating) carefully massaged in, then a light layer of occlusive is better than a thick layer of occlusive. You may have to repeat more frequently, but I find this works a lot better. Hold off on exfoliating for a while then just gently use a clean washcloth and water. My skin and lips are very dry and my lips crack and bleed easily... the process rather then the products make the difference.

That’s true. Definitely wasnt thinking of exfoliating them, that would make it 100x worse. I think in the mean time I’ll focus on producers that help soothe and heal lips

I recently tried Patchology’s Lip Service gloss to balm lip treatment & man has it made a difference in my lips. It’s on sale on Amazon right now too. Ive always had this rough patch on my lips for YEARS, and this balm healed it! I’m obsessed with this stuff now!
