Damaged skin barrier??

Hey, ik the picture might look a bit weird snd disgusting but i really need help. I asked for help already in may or April but its getting worse. I use less in my skincare routine now and idk if its a damaged skin barrier or just clogged pores, closed commedone or fungal acne. I tage the products im currently using

Some people have reported that using Nizoral (this is marketed as a dandruff shampoo treatment) and letting it sit for 1-2 mins on forehead acne before washing off, has helped their fungal acne!

No, its not really itchy. A bit sometimes. I use the sezia website to check if my products are fungal acne safe and i use the Japanese pair acne cream sometimes
