New Picky review form

I am trying to submit my review for Fwee but there is a new form and it won’t recognize my Picky reviews. It let me load Tik Tok. Can anyone help?

There was no resolution they can’t get it to work either

Yes they emailed a new form yesterday. But the only thing on the form was the pudding pot
