Is Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Cream comedogenic?

I read some very mix reviews about this product that this product is a HG to some but makes others break out. Bought two tubes and been using it before and I’ve been having some closed comedones and some cystic acne altho im not entirely sure that it’s this product’s fault because I stopped using it for awhile now and I still have cystic acne on or before my period so it might be hormonal but the closed comedones are gone. Thoughts about this product?
