Commonlabs Giveaway Problems

Hello, on May I won the commonlabs Giveaway and received the email which told me so. After that email, I didn't get any other communication nor tracking link. I wrote several times to Support crew by email and even sent a Dm on Ig, which got no answer. Did anyone have the same issue? I saw other participants received and reviewed the items. My concern is, I won't be chosen for other Giveaways since I did not reviewed the products, but the problem is that I don't even have the email form to communicate about the delay.

some of us were told we won, but in actuality we didn’t. i reached out to support and was told i actually did not win, therefore i won’t receive anything.
