I’d stop both and heal the pimples and then reintroduce the products one at a time to see which one caused the problem. Sometimes introducing too much at once can be the problem.
As far as getting rid of the pimples I’d use some sort of patch, like Hero patches.

I think could be because you use two new products at the same time, or perhaps your skin is not used to reedle shot. I recently tried Isntree booster shots, causing slight redness and a pimple on my check, just a pea sized amount of reedle shot is enough when you just stared :)

It can be the product but it may also be purging which a normal phenomenon and eventually goes away
