Product Request issues??

I have seen that requesting items doesnt notify you anymore, nor does it keeps the request status up. Am I just requesting into the void? Im asking for things that have the ingredients list plain to see with no update, and it makes writing my reviews and updating routines hard.

They haven’t updated any of my requests since February, so I don’t think Picky is actioning requests anymore. But it still says updates are done within 3 days and contacting Picky has not helped for me as I just get a canned message
