Has anyone else had problems with the system taking away points?

I've been extremely sick the last few months and haven't tried the products as much as I would have liked but I signed in tonight to do some reviews of my products I've recently received but I happen to try to participate in some new giveaways but my points have been removed. Has anyone else had a similar problem? It really hurt me that that has happened. I've also been re.oved from the picky beauty squad!
