I can’t get my review to connect to my instagram

I wrote my reviews because I had several and it will not connect to Instagram when I try to turn in my links I try and post my reviews from the picky emails and when I push the button to connect it to Instagram it goes right to the picky website and not even my reviews just the last thing I looked at. Is there anyone that can help me please This is what it tells me and the. Goes directly to the picky website

This page should have the option to continue, select it and it will return to the submit form. A list of your Instagram content (photos/videos) will become available then click on the product. Scroll down and submit.

It doest when j press jt it goes right to the picky page and I goes to the last thing I was looking at nothing that has to do with the products I reviewed
