Mugwort is safe for acne prone skin and will help soothe and calm the skin. My #1 go to is the Mugwort Essence by I’m From. It’s one ingredient, 100% mugwort! Missha Time Revolution Artemisia Treatment Essence Spray is also mugwort based (artemisia IS mugwort) plus it’s a spray which is great for on the go! I keep mine in my skincare fridge, but a regular fridge will do, which adds extra relief!

Something that really helped me was icing once or twice a day. not directly on the skin. after cleansing my face, I would wrap an ice cube in a clean cloth and keep dabbing it around my face. In the cloth, the ice melts slowly and I got around 10-15 mins of icing in. Then I would just go in with a simple moisturizer. If you can use something with oats, or centella, even better! Tea tree water is good too (not the oil, tea tree water). hope this helps!
