Underarm and bikini help

Hello, everyone. I don't know if this is appropriate here or not, but , you have recommendations for lightening underarms and bikini area. I have damaged armpits since my eczema, and I can't get rid of the dark color, it looks like I put my armpits in an oven. As for the bikini line, I'd like to treat the ingrown hairs and make it soft. Thank you for your answers.

I recommend the ordinary glycolic acid toner on a cotton pad for the underarm areas!

It's a bit tricky since you also have eczema. We don't want to trigger any flares with harsh products. I suggest trying 10-30% urea cream. Urea is highly moisturizing but also exfoliating at higher percentages (over 10%). It'll help to soften and brighten the skin in a gentle way.

I really wouldn't recommend using The Ordinary glycolic acid for your underarms if you have eczema as your skin is already sensitive in that area. That product is quite strong and may cause more sensitivity, burning, irritation and could also make your eczema worse or cause a flare up. Maybe try a Google search for natural skin-brightening remedies that are more gentle on the skin like a turmeric paste. For treating ingrown hairs on the bikini line, There's a product called Tend Skin, that works very well for that.

A lot of people recommend the ordinary glycolic acid, but personally it burns my underarms. It use it on my arms just fine though. I saw someone else recommend Tend Skin and I actually use that on my bikini area and underarms as well. It’s been a great product of mine. I also sometimes will put deodorant on my inner thighs because chaffing causes razor burn and ingrowns.

Something else that may help with brightening your underarm area is turmeric soap. These ones, AMvital Natural and Aspen Kay Naturals are available from Amazon:

Aw, thank you so much, I'm going to try this one. Turmeric was helpful with my hyperpigmentation on the past, so maybe it will be good for underarm. Thank you
